Face to Face Coaching

We offer high quality coaching to individuals ranging from beginners to national level weightlifters. We provide Personal Training in our private and inclusive space in Lidcombe, NSW. We also provide Olympic Weightlifting coaching and are a registered Weightlifting Club. We are currently in the process of expanding and creating a space to facilitate Weightlifting and Open Gym. My name is Isabel Lorenzi, and I’ve been lifting weights since I was 14 years old. I have over 5 years experience teaching Group Fitness, CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. I emphasise perfect technique and movement as an athlete myself and this carries over to all my clients. 

KYLE BRUCE

My name is Kyle Bruce, I became drawn to Olympic Weightlifting after I played elite junior rugby, where we learnt how to power clean, and since then have fell in love with the sport. I hold Australian Junior Records in Olympic Weightlifting and am passionate about Olympic Lifting and want to share this passion with you. I'm an Olympic Lifting and Power Coach and I'm ready to take your lifting to the next level.

I have been training since I was 16 years old lifting weights. I’ve been involved in a variety of team based sports. With over 3 years experience as a Personal trainer changing clients views on weight loss and strength training. I am a very patient and result driven trainer, which has led to client achieving results. I believe building foundation with movement and habits are key to starting off your health and fitness journey.

JAE DALY 

My name is Jae Daly, I had been doing CrossFit for 5 years and always loved the weightlifting side of it. I am now training Olympic Weightlifting full time to compete. I love teaching and supporting others to become strong and fit. I ensure my clients are having fun and always learning something during our sessions.
