Our 4 to 10 week Lifestyle Challenges are designed to help you build better habits, train with purpose, and stay consistent without extremes or burnout.
Run 100 percent online, these challenges are suitable for all levels. Whether you are brand new to training or already lifting, every workout is scaled and modified so you can jump in with confidence. This is a perfect way to get into strength training and learn more about health and wellness.
You will focus on the lifestyle foundations that actually move the needle: sleep, daily steps, hydration, creatine intake, and training consistency. All supported by expert coaching, structure, and accountability.

Isabel Lorenzi
Isabel has represented Australia internationally in the 69 and 76kg weight classes and currently holds the Australian Snatch Record of 102kg at 76 bodyweight. She brings authenticity, knowledge, and a calm but driven coaching style that helps lifters feel capable and confident under the bar.
