With over 10 years of industry experience in the fitness industry between our two Head Coaches specifically working with Weightlifting & Strength Training, we offer a premium space & environment for individuals looking to get stronger, become more technical in their Olympic Lifts & improve their training knowledge. 

 

Our Face to Face Coaching is suited towards beginners & intermediate athletes who need more confidence with their technique and training style. A 60 minute Face to Face session usually entails going through key technique - ensuring the athlete is moving efficiently and feeling accounted for. 

 

Our Online Coaching service is a premium service to get our athletes feeling technically proficient, confident & accountable. This is designed for athletes who are intermediate to advanced and cannot commit to Personal Coaching due to geographical location or work commitments. 

 

We utilise a private app for daily client communication, regular video analysis of lifts sent in by our athletes and regular check ins. We monitor technique, sleep, bodyweight & other measures to ensure our athletes are progressing. 

 

International clients can also apply to be an Online Athlete so long as they can speak english! Online Clients are made to feel a part of our Sydney community with regular virtual check-ins and being apart of our social WhatsApp group chat.

The best 60 minutes of your week.

Our Personal Training Program has been proven over the past few years to get results. We assess our clients initially through an intake & program based on where they are currently at & their goals. Our clients safety is at the forefront of this service & we ensure we equip our clients with the skills to eventually train by themselves at the gym & be confident. 

 

Our Face to Face Coaching is suited towards beginners & intermediate athletes who need more confidence with their technique and training style. A 60 minute Face to Face session usually entails going through key technique - ensuring the athlete is moving efficiently and feeling accounted for. We Offer 'Technique Fresheners' which are on off technique sessions with no commitment to our programming. 

What’s Included

Personal Training at Uplift Gym includes one x 60 minute session weekly (options for additional sessions weekly). In this 60 minute session we go through one day of your customised program tailored towards you and your goals. Every client receives a 5 - 6 week program that is updated weekly geared towards the goal of the training cycle. You also receive regular communication with your coach via whatsapp & regular check ins to ensure you are progressing with your training. Clients also have the opportunity to film exercises in their program & submit to their coach to receive detailed analysis. 

 

 

 

 

Technique Freshener - $100 AUD casual session for 1 hour

Personal Training - $99 AUD weekly which includes programming / video analysis 

Remote Coaching - $59 AUD weekly which includes programming / video analysis

*note - the above does NOT include access to the Uplift Gym in Merrylands.

$59 AUD weekly

15% discount if paid for 15 weeks upfront.

How It Works

Fill out a CONTACT form to see if we have availability or capacity to work with you & a coach from Uplift will get in contact with you within 24 hours. Once you fill out all the relevant paperwork online; we will contact you via WhatsApp to start the coaching process. 

If you're completely NEW to Weightlifting - enquire for some PT sessions and then we can transition you to Online Coaching when your technique is up to scratch. 

 

Your coach will then book you in via Setmore where you will receive an appointment confirmation 24 hours before your next appointment weekly.
