This Program has been designed by Kyle as well as guidance from his mentor, Barcelona 92 Olympian Ali Azari to get your squatting and pulling strength to scratch. If you are technically efficient but feel like getting out of cleans is a struggle or heavy pulls look like slow deadlifts – this 4 week program is for you! We have tried & tested this program when we have been injured and were unable to go heavy overhead – and the results speak for themselves.
