
WORKSHOPS
Your 2024 Olympian Kyle Bruce is now offering 2.5 hour Weightlifting Workshops for beginners to CrossFitters. These are a valuable tool to learn from the best, and may spark a keen interest to pursue Weightlifting further.
These Weightlifting workshops will go through the fundamentals of position and technique. They are structured as:
0 - 10 mins: Intro + Ice Breaker
10 - 30 mins: Warmup
30 - 60 mins: Snatch Technique Break Down
60 - 75 mins: Work up to Snatch + Coaching
75 - 85 mins: Break
85 mins - 115 mins: Clean & Jerk Technique Break Down
115 - 130 mins: Work up to Clean & Jerk + Coaching
130 - 150 mins: Q / A
We are now offering Weightlifting based workshops for CrossFit & Functional Fitness Gyms. We can travel around Australia for these and they are led by Paris 2024 Olympian, Kyle Bruce.

These workshops can be performed locally, interstate or at our renovated PT studio which can hold up to 12 participants at a time.
Prices vary on the location and amount of participants at the workshop.
Prices start at $100 per head if this is a Sydney based workshop with over 15 participants. Workshop participants are capped at 20.
Interstate workshops would account for travel + accomodation depending on location.
