EASTER FRIDAY LIFT OFF
 
2 Strength / Weightlifting Events - will be released closer to the date!
 
Friday 18th April - 6PM - 8.30PM at Uplift Gym Lidcombe
 
Entry - $60 (includes professional photos + video of best lifts)
 
Results = KG combined from both events divided by bodyweight. 
 
OPEN to Uplift online + F2F clients only. 10 spots avaliable (5 men / 5 women). 
 
Entry is on a first in best dressed basis. 
 
Timeable + Entry List will be updated closer to the event.
