CrossFitters Handbook - 3 Day Supplementary WL Program
We understand that Olympic Weightlifting is a very tiresome and lonely
sport - some people will just enjoy CrossFit Training more, We have written a
3 day a week (each session should take no longer than 75 minutes) that can
be supplemented with your regular metcons / gymnastic pieces. By the end
of the 5 weeks you should be feeling more confident snatching & performing
the clean and jerk. You’ll probably also bag a new back squat PB with the
extra squat volume!
