Each 1:1 Weightlifting Session is conducted for 60 minutes. We analyse your technique & iron out your weaknesses. Technical efficiency is highly emphasised & we ensure you are progressing with good technique. We cater for beginners, CrossFitters, novice & elite weightlifting athletes. Coach Izzy & Kyle have both been coached & mentored by Iranian Olympic Representative Ali Azari. We understand quality programming & how to ensure the athlete achieves their full lifting potential.
Online Coaching is for the diligent athlete who does not live locally to Lidcombe, NSW. We aim to give extensive attention to our online athletes. Online Coaching includes:
- Individualised Programming depending on the athletes level
- Weekly Accessories & Mobility Exercises
- Lift Analysis & Feedback
- Online Check Ins
We are now offering Weightlifting Workshops. These are to up-skill your weightlifting knowledge & learn off elite weightlifters. Weightlifting Workshops include:
- A fun day of deconstructing the Snatch, Clean & Jerk & other accessory movements
- Analysis of current technique
- Lift demonstration by Kyle & Izzy
- Attentiveness to ALL participants regardless of their level
- Overview of Programming, Mobility & Supplementary Exercises
- Questions & Max Out!
We have open gym where our athletes can follow their programming & hit PBs in a fun & supportive environment. Please message Izzy if you are interested in doing this.
