Weightlifting Workshop at our Lidcombe PT Studio.
Friday 2nd May - 6PM - 8.30PM. There is plenty of street parking or a short 12 min walk from Lidcombe station or 6 min walk from Berala station.
Covering both Snatch & Clean + Jerk as well as mobility work + Q/A with an OLYMPIC Champion.
MAXIMUM 8 people. Will have to share platform but there will be enough bars for each person.
Learn about the successful Uzbekistan Weightlifting system with a knowledgable and passionate coach.
